The kitchen comprises of 18 gas hobs, 3 gas ovens and a microwave. It has two large fridges and a chest freezer. There are also urns, cafetières, sharp knives, pots & pans, a dishwasher and more. Full Kitchen List (PDF).

This can seat approximately 120 people and there are a number of tables and benches. These are easy to keep clean and can be arranged in any order you like. There is easy access into the kitchen.

The Packhouse is our largest meeting area and can seat up to 250 people. There is a screen and internet provision.

The Tithe Barn meeting room can seat up to 80 people. There is a projector (with speakers), screen and internet provision.

Cellar Cinema
This can be used as a quiet room, or a cinema! It seats up to 50 people. There is a projector (with speakers), screen, DVD/Blu-Ray Player and internet provision. We have a number of DVDs to choose from.

Sitting Rooms
There are two sitting rooms (located in the Tithe Barn and the Stable), each with sofas and armchairs. They are warm and comfortable rooms, ideal to sit down with a cup of tea and a newspaper!

The Victor Sports Hall
New to us in 2021 – it is ideal for 5 a-side Football, Basketball, Volleyball and Dodgeball. You could also host a Ceilidh or a Disco!

A great place to play Table Tennis, Pool and Table Football. There is also a piano and sofas for those who just want to relax.

Masses of Outdoor Space
There is a large field to play Football (goals provided), Cricket, Rugby, Rounders, Ultimate Frisbee or whatever sport you can think of. We also have other grass areas that are ideal for Wide Games and a sizeable Campfire site which is very popular with groups – bring your marshmallows and get singing around the fire!

Campfire & Fire-Pits
Spend an evening sitting around a roaring campfire site, sipping hot chocolate or something stronger! With logs to sit on, it’s the ideal place to discuss the day’s events. We also have smaller fire-pits, suitable for use in the courtyard area.

Poplars 5k Course
Designed in 2017, this 5K course is based around the farm and is a great way to keep fit during your stay at The Poplars. Don’t forget your running shoes – enjoy the challenge!
